Terms of Service

These terms apply to tickets for the Business Growth Conference (BGC), operated by the Stephen Akintayo Foundation. By purchasing a ticket you agree to them.
What each ticket includes
- Houston Standard: Day One in person and Day Two online, lunch on Day One, session access, digital workbook, WhatsApp group, and 30-day recordings.
- Houston Premium VIP: Saturday in person for the full conference day; Sunday in person for dinner and business discussion (from 2:00 pm). VIP seating and lounge, WhatsApp group, and 30-day recordings.
- Virtual: live stream of the sessions, digital workbook, virtual networking, WhatsApp group, and 30-day recordings.
- London in-person Standard is both conference days at the published London venue, unless your ticket confirmation says otherwise.
Venue
Houston takes place at a four-star conference venue in the Galleria area. The street address is issued after registration. After you pay, send your Stripe confirmation by WhatsApp or email so we can add you to the delegate group — that is where the address and logistics are shared.
No refunds
- All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No full or partial refunds are available after purchase.
Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another named delegate up to 14 days before the first conference day by writing to products@stephenakintayo.com with both names and the original payment confirmation. Inside 14 days, transfers are at our discretion.
Programme changes
Speakers, session times, and the running order may change. We will not refund solely because a named speaker cannot attend if the conference still takes place.
